The first step in setting up your WebEngage account is to perform an SDK integration.

Thus, if you haven't integrated your app/ website with your WebEngage account yet, then we recommend that you do so before scanning through the knowledge base. Don't worry; integrations have been documented for your reference under Developer Docs :)
