The first step in setting up your WebEngage account is to perform a base integration. Once in place, we will automatically start gleaning some basic user details and events. Doing so will also make it possible for you to custom define, track and analyse certain user details and actions (events) relevant to your business.
Hence, if you haven't integrated your app/ website with your WebEngage account yet, then we recommend that you do so before scanning through the documents listed here. Don't worry, integrations have been extensively documented for your reference under our Developer Docs :)
